Fall is in the air in Chester County!

There is definitely a hint of fall in the air in East Goshen, Chester County. The sugar maples are starting to turn orange, I can smell leaves burning and chimney smoke. Along with that comes shorter days which in real estate, means more houses being shown on the weekends, rather than the week nights. I love summer anyway, but one of the nice things about summer is the work day is so long. There is 3 hours of daylight after the workday for some folks and plenty of time to look at homes.

Speaking of homes, we have a shortage of listings right now and if you’ve been thinking about making a move, now would be a good time to get a jump on your competition.
